During the investigation, the two pistols, a face covering, and gloves were found, with the suspect's DNA on them. After a five-day manhunt, he was arrested in a hideout apartment in Tira. The Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment for aggravated murder, attempted murder, and other offenses. The murder was preceded by a family feud, and the victim's cousin was murdered last year. After the cousin's murder, a reconciliation was achieved, but the family returned to their home a few weeks before the murder, raising questions about the collapse of the agreement.
