Alhadad expressed a firm opinion that Roman Zadorov is innocent: "I think, not determine, I think... I think he is innocent." She attributed the acquittal to public pressure and media exposure: "If there hadn't been such media coverage, Zadorov wouldn't have been truly acquitted." Regarding Zadorov's initial confession, she noted that "a confession is the queen of evidence" but emphasized that the case underwent upheavals. Alhadad raised the possibility that children may have been involved in the murder: "Maybe children did it, and that's what the state is afraid of? My assessment is that children know [how to hide]." She sharply criticized the original investigation teams and called for them to be prosecuted if it was proven they deliberately concealed evidence: "The entire investigation team there should stand trial and sit behind bars."
