According to the ruling, the official, now 78 years old, exploited the woman's vulnerability, creating a relationship of dependency. The court ordered him to pay 600,000 shekels in compensation and 30,000 shekels in legal costs. The municipality is also required to pay 50,000 shekels for failing to take preventive measures. The woman claimed the relationship lasted three years, while the official insisted it was only a few months. The court accepted the woman's version, noting that he reduced her to a tool for satisfying his needs. Both parties appealed, but the decision was upheld.
