Motorcyclist skids while riding and is killed near Tzur Hadassah

A 20-year-old motorcyclist was killed this evening (Wednesday) after skidding while riding on Route 375, near Tzur Hadassah. The report was received at the emergency center at 21:13. Medics and paramedics from Magen David Adom who arrived at the scene performed resuscitation efforts, but were forced to determine his death at the scene due to severe multi-system trauma. In a separate accident that occurred about 20 minutes later, a 25-year-old motorcyclist was hit by a vehicle on Yitzhak Rabin Road in Petah Tikva. He was evacuated to Beilinson Hospital in the city in serious but stable condition. These are two separate road accidents that occurred this evening in central Israel.
