MK Suchot responds to protest at his party's HQ: 'I fear incitement that could lead to murder'

MK Tzvi Suchot responded to a protest at the Religious Zionism party's headquarters in Shoham, where activists from 'Standing Together' poured red paint on their hands. In an interview with Radio 103FM, he warned of incitement that could lead to murder and described the activists as thugs. MK Barkovich called to arrest them. MK Tzvi Suchot from the Religious Zionism party responded in an interview with Radio 103FM to the unusual protest that took place at the party's headquarters in Shoham, during which activists from the 'Standing Together' movement poured red paint on their hands. Suchot warned of the escalation and said: "A bunch of thugs tried to use political violence to try and prevent us from choosing and being chosen; they tried to break in violently. They poured a red substance meant to mimic blood. I am truly afraid - there is crazy incitement here that could lead to harm, even murder." In response, MK Barkovich said: "We need to arrest them; let them be in custody for a few days and learn." Suchot agreed and added that this is dangerous incitement, and that there are employees at the party offices for whom this is their livelihood. He also clarified the difference between this event and his entry into IDF bases, saying he would not do it again.
