For West Bank students, certified documents must be submitted at the ministry's headquarters in Ramallah or its branch offices in Hebron and Nablus. As for Gaza students, they currently only need to submit the application electronically with attached documents, with paper copies to be submitted later at the ministry's headquarters in Gaza once official work resumes. The ministry indicated that any application not submitted electronically by the mentioned deadline is considered void.
