He stressed that health conditions have reached dangerous levels threatening the lives of residents. He noted a severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies, scarcity of food and water, describing the Strip as a "completely devastated area" due to the spread of diseases and rodents, sewage leakage, and waste accumulation. He explained that the extreme rise in temperatures inside the tents of displaced people has led to an unprecedented increase in skin diseases and chickenpox cases, with over five thousand cases recorded weekly. He pointed out that the health system can no longer handle this burden due to the lack of isolation facilities and medical capabilities, renewing warnings of a widening crisis if conditions persist.
