MDA: 18-year-old killed in road accident near Nir Eliyahu in Sharon

An 18-year-old was killed in a road accident between a vehicle and a bus on Highway 5504 near Kibbutz Nir Eliyahu. Another passenger was seriously injured, and the bus driver was lightly injured.

An 18-year-old was killed in a fatal road accident between a vehicle and a bus on Highway 5504, near Kibbutz Nir Eliyahu in the Sharon region. The driver, trapped in his vehicle, was initially defined in critical condition and after extraction his death was determined. Another passenger in the vehicle, also about 18, was seriously injured and evacuated to Beilinson Hospital. The bus driver was lightly injured and evacuated to Meir Hospital. Paramedic Noam Turm and medic Avichai Pinchasi from MDA described the rescue operations and treatment of the injured.
