The measures include stopping remote work at branches, freezing activity in the 'Jira' project management system, and halting correspondence in work groups outside working hours. At a workers' meeting held this morning, the committee announced the new measures and stated that further escalation is being considered following management's decision to begin assigning employees to branches this week, instead of the remote work format that was in place until now. The measures began about two weeks ago after, according to the committee, negotiations for a new collective agreement reached a dead end. One of the main disputes concerns management's demand to change the remote work format and expand work from branches, despite the committee's claim that alternatives were proposed and rejected. The committee instructed workers not to register for remote work at branches, not to make updates in the 'Jira' system, and not to conduct correspondence in WhatsApp and Telegram groups outside working hours. The committee chairman, Dudu Dahan, said that anyone trying to implement a policy of divide and rule will suffer a resounding failure. The bank's management stated that it aspires to reach an arrangement for the benefit of the employees and the bank, and service at the bank continues as usual.
