The Ukrainian military launched one of its largest attacks against Russia overnight (between Sunday and Monday). The Russian Defense Ministry reported intercepting 456 drones in the skies of 17 regions, including the Moscow region. In Tatarstan, at least 12 people were killed and 39 wounded in an attack on an oil refinery complex in Nizhnekamsk, and the regional governor declared a day of mourning. In another strike in Belgorod, a woman was killed. In response, Russian strikes killed at least four people and wounded 50 in Ukraine, including in Sumy, where two were killed and 28 wounded. Russia launched 126 drones and missiles, and the air defense system shot down 92 drones and three missiles. Meanwhile, Russia rejects 'freezing' the war, and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said that a 'freeze' is impossible without addressing the 'root causes of the war,' and attacked Zelensky. Ukraine claims Russia has lost 1,459,210 soldiers since the invasion, including 1,470 in the last day, as well as much equipment. NATO estimated about half a million Russian deaths. Zelensky reported about 50,000 Ukrainian deaths, but private researchers claim the number is double.
