Martyr and Wounded in Occupation Violations
A citizen was martyred and another critically injured in an Israeli strike on Khan Younis, as shelling continues in multiple areas of Gaza, in violations of the ceasefire agreement. These violations come despite Trump's announcement of a new agreement for the second phase of the roadmap.
Citizen Hudhayfa Kaware was martyred, and another was critically injured on Thursday in an Israeli strike targeting an electric bicycle west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Israeli occupation forces continue their shelling and gunfire in various areas of the Gaza Strip, in repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect last October. In the north of the Strip, occupation artillery shelled the northwestern areas of Beit Lahia, alongside demolition operations, artillery shelling, and intense gunfire from Israeli tanks east of the town. In Gaza City, the Zaytoun neighborhood southeast of the city was subjected to artillery shelling and gunfire from occupation vehicles, while Israeli artillery shelling continued on the northern areas of Bureij camp in the central Strip. In the south, occupation tanks fired heavily east of Khan Younis, while an Israeli tank advanced on Al-Tina Street south of the city, alongside direct gunfire toward the tents of displaced people in the Al-Iqlimi and Bir 19 areas of Mawasi Khan Younis. Medical sources had announced yesterday the martyrdom of citizen Muhannad Saada and injuries to others in an Israeli targeting in Beit Lahia in the north of the Strip, as shelling and gunfire continued in several areas. These violations come despite the announcement by US President Donald Trump on July 31, 2026, of reaching a "new agreement" to commence the second phase of the "roadmap," amid continued Israeli assaults in the Strip.
