Mansour Abbas: "The State of Palestine exists, the US and Israel must recognize it"

In his speech, Abbas said that "the State of Palestine exists and is recognized by most of the world, except for the United States and Israel," and called on both countries to recognize it. Abbas described Arab citizens of Israel as a "bridge to peace" and stressed the need to end the occupation and the conflict. Additionally, Abbas addressed the possibility of Ra'am joining a coalition after the elections, arguing that the party had put Israeli democracy to a real test and that the possibility of an Arab list participating in a coalition had become a serious political reality. Abbas also called for signing a cooperation agreement with the other Arab parties, including a division of roles, an excess vote agreement, and a code of honor.
