Ra'am chairman MK Mansour Abbas was asked in an interview with Kan News' program 'Ba'hatzot Hayom' about his stance on Hamas and refused to answer. Abbas said he has a clear answer but will not state it due to threats he receives from Arabs, Jews, and criminal organizations. He emphasized that he condemned all acts of terror and the crimes of October 7, also from a religious Islamic perspective, but refused to enter a loyalty test. Abbas added that the emerging political direction is three united Arab parties alongside Ra'am, and that the right is focusing its campaign on the Arab issue to distract from its failures. He clarified that in the past they chose to be in the coalition but not in the government, and in the future they want to be in positions of influence.
