Tooti and Hadar, neighbors and friends, are fed up with the noise filling the election campaign. Every week they break down the campaigns, promises, and confrontations to help voters understand what the parties are really offering before heading to the polls. The project was born from the aspiration to return public discourse to content and ideas.

Maariv is launching a new project ahead of the 2026 elections: a weekly comic strip in which Tooti and Hadar, two neighbors and friends, break down the media noise surrounding the election campaign. They go through the statements, confrontations, and campaigns, trying to get to what lies behind them: what the parties are offering, what they are promising, and what they plan to do. The stated goal is to enable every citizen to arrive at the polling station with more information and to vote in an informed and conscious manner. The project is a collaboration between Reut Boretz, Hadar Elad Ben-Harush, and the "HaDibur" initiative, and was born from the aspiration to return public discourse to content and ideas.
