Likud MK to file police complaint against two party court judges

According to him, the document does not exist in the protocol or in the court's decision and was transferred to the district court after the hearing concluded. The move comes amid the Likud primaries storm, with the High Court of Justice expected to hold a hearing tomorrow on whether the party court invalidated the convention's decision on reserved slots in the Likud list due to the legality of the vote or due to principled opposition. MK Abed filed a petition to the High Court last night against the district court's decision to uphold the party court's ruling, according to which incumbent MKs and ministers will not be able to run in the reserved slots for districts in the primaries to be held next Tuesday. In his petition, he requested to accept the appeal and overturn the verdict, arguing that the party court's decision was given in excess of authority.
