Likud MK accuses Eizenkot: 'The Chief of Staff is fighting against a decision'

MK Amit Halevi (Likud) attacked in an interview with ynet studio the Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir and the IDF, claiming they are fighting against control, occupation, and decision in Gaza. Halevi accused the IDF of not submitting a decision plan to the cabinet, and claimed that on October 7 the army was paralyzed. He called for preparing for the next campaign against Iran, and claimed that Hamas will not disarm.

MK Amit Halevi (Likud) sharply attacked this morning the Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir and the IDF in an interview with ynet studio, claiming that "Zamir, like Herzi Halevi and the other generals, is constantly fighting against control, against occupation, and against decision" in the Gaza Strip. He accused the IDF of not submitting a single decision plan to the cabinet, and repeated the claim that on October 7 the army was paralyzed for hours and did not identify the enemy. Halevi also referred to Trump's roadmap, saying that Hamas will never disarm, and that Israel should prepare for the next campaign against Iran. He emphasized that responsibility for Israeli interests rests with the Israeli government, not the US. Halevi claimed that two concepts, security and legal, prevent the systems from operating effectively.
