According to him, the capitulation to violence that night was a grave mistake. Levin called Israel a 'legal dictatorship' and attacked the judicial system for its opposition to the reform. He listed achievements such as changing the method of selecting judges and removing the Police Internal Investigations Department from the State Attorney's Office, and expressed hope for completing the reform after the elections, particularly in light of an expected turnover of two-thirds of Supreme Court justices.
