At a hearing held this morning at the Jerusalem District Court, the defendants in the murder of Benyahu Rezi, Agam Tsarfati (19) and Shilat Huta (20), were documented giggling and covering their faces. The two are charged with intentional murder and aggravated assault. Additionally, transcripts from the interrogation of the sister of Aviv Sasson, the main defendant, were revealed, in which she said she is afraid of Shilat.

At a hearing held this morning (Monday) at the Jerusalem District Court, the defendants in the murder of Benyahu Rezi, Agam Tsarfati (19, from Jerusalem) and Shilat Huta (20, from Be'er Sheva), were documented giggling and covering their faces. The two are charged with intentional murder and aggravated assault. Additionally, transcripts from the interrogation of the younger sister of Aviv Sasson, the main defendant in the murder, were revealed. In the transcripts, which were provided to i24NEWS, the sister was asked whether she was aware that her brother and his friends planned to use violence against Benyahu and M., and she replied that she is afraid of Shilat and does not want to talk. The indictments in the case were filed about a week and a half ago, in which six suspects were charged with premeditated murder. Aviv Sasson, who was on the run for two weeks, heads the defendants, and his mother Linor Sasson is charged with aiding after the fact.
