Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a sharp warning to Iran, stating that any attempt to attack Israel will lead to a devastating response. According to him, the IDF will target sites that have so far remained untouched, including Iran's strategic energy infrastructure. In his address, Katz congratulated the Jewish community in Iran on the upcoming holiday of Rosh Hashanah, calling it part of great Jewish history, and expressed a wish for the Iranian people to celebrate the next year in Tehran, freed from oppression and tyranny. The defense chief emphasized that due to the severe economic crisis and external pressure, the Iranian regime might embark on a military adventure against Israel. Katz warned that any strike on Israeli territory from any direction will provoke a harsh reaction. The retaliatory strike will target central energy facilities that fuel the military machine and support Iran's terrorist activities. The defense minister noted that the IDF is acting on direct orders from the prime minister and is at full combat readiness. Katz added that a large-scale retaliatory strike will set Iran back decades and ultimately destabilize the ayatollahs' regime, whose fall the Iranian people so eagerly await.
