Jewish rioters besiege two Palestinian homes in the West Bank, IDF does not act against them

The organization 'Looking the Occupation in the Eye' claims today (Monday) that Jewish rioters laid siege to two homes in the Palestinian village of Qusra in the West Bank. According to the organization, the residents, including a family with two young girls, are under complete lockdown with no access to electricity and water, in an attempt to 'force them to abandon the house'. It was also claimed that soldiers called to the scene cooperated with the rioters and did not act to end the siege. Col. (res.) Doron Meinert, one of the organization's leaders, recounted previous abuse of residents who built a fence, including prolonged standing with raised hands and the arrest of two of them. The IDF responded: 'The documented incident is being investigated by the commanders, and disciplinary action will be taken according to the findings.' Meanwhile, security establishment data published today indicate a sharp 63% increase in nationalist crime in the West Bank in the first half of 2026, with 660 incidents compared to 440 in the corresponding period last year. The number of attacks against security forces also rose by 50%.
