Jared Leto Accused of Sexual Misconduct Toward Young Women

A new BBC investigation, to be featured in the documentary "Jared Leto: Hollywood's Dark Secret," reveals testimonies from ten women against actor and musician Jared Leto, an Oscar winner. Four of them claim they were harmed by him when they were young: one met him at age 17, another at 19 was invited to a meeting after a show and felt threatened, and a third recounts that at 16 he exploited his status to propose sex and sent her a non-disclosure agreement which she refused to sign. Four additional women describe receiving sexual phone calls from Leto. In total, nine of the ten women share their stories publicly for the first time. Two former crew members of his band spoke about discomfort with how he contacted young girls and underage fans. The BBC documented over 120 allegations raised online against Leto. Leto declined to comment and has previously denied similar claims.
