Israeli AI agents company Wonderful is preparing to raise $500 million at a valuation of $5 billion, double its valuation from a $165 million round completed just three months ago. The new round, still in early stages, is expected to be led by US venture capital firm Insight Partners, with senior partners seeking other large funds to co-lead. Wonderful, founded by CEO Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar, develops AI-based software agents that automate enterprise functions such as customer service, sales, and financial management. The company has signed contracts with Israeli banks, financial institutions, and hospitals, and is expanding into markets like India and Brazil. Its ARR is currently $55 million, with projections of reaching $100 million by year-end. The workforce has grown from 90 to about 630 employees in a year. The company competes with Salesforce and Sierra AI but is the fastest-growing in its field outside the US.
