Meanwhile, Yemen's Houthis attacked Saudi Aramco facilities in Jizan and Yanbu, including a refinery capable of processing 400,000 barrels per day. Iran filed a formal protest with Ukraine after an Iranian ship was attacked in the Caspian Sea, resulting in one death and one injury.
