Iran's Supreme National Security Council has issued the US an ultimatum list of six demands for normalizing relations. Council member Mohammad Bagher Zaal-al-Qudar said that 'correcting the behavior' of the US is possible only if these points are fully implemented. The demands include renouncing any threats against Iran and insults to its holy sites, ceasing hostilities against Iran and its allies in Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, and Palestine, lifting the naval blockade, and withdrawing military forces from the borders. Economic conditions include paying compensation for two wars, lifting all sanctions, and returning frozen assets. Zaal-al-Qudar stressed that these points reflect the will of the citizens expressed on the streets over 160 days, and that the council will never back down in war or negotiations. Earlier, 'Kursor' reported that Iran named a condition for opening the Strait of Hormuz.
