According to him, Putin is preparing for a broad mobilization of 300 to 500 thousand soldiers after the elections on September 21, likely in the first days of October. Zelensky warned of a tightening 'axis of evil' around Kyiv: North Korea will send 30 thousand soldiers, Iran will supply ballistic missiles, and China is cooperating with satellite technology to improve strike accuracy. He emphasized that Iran is already attacking Ukraine with Shahed drones. Zelensky called on the West to urgently provide Patriot systems and close the skies, and criticized partial sanctions on oligarchs. He also announced plans to advance a joint drone deal with Britain and defended the replacement of the chief of staff and defense minister as a necessary step to prepare for a harsh winter.
