Instructor from kibbutz accused of corrupting schoolchildren
The Central District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the Lod District Court against 30-year-old Eitan Shahar, an instructor from a kibbutz in the HaShfela region. He is accused of indecent acts against six 7th-8th grade students he taught for about two years. According to the indictment, since 2024 he exposed himself to them and pressed against their bodies.
The Central District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the Lod District Court against 30-year-old Eitan Shahar, who worked as an instructor in one of the kibbutzim in the HaShfela region. He is charged with committing indecent acts against schoolchildren he taught for about two years. According to the indictment, since 2024 Shahar committed indecent acts against six students in grades 7-8, with whom he held sessions in the kibbutz as part of his duties. The investigation established that in several instances, when the defendant drove the boys around the kibbutz or spent time with them at the pool, he exposed his genitals to them and, among other things, pressed against their bodies and rubbed against them.
