A Palestinian citizen was injured on Thursday by Israeli occupation forces' fire in the Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, amid continued occupation violations of the ceasefire agreement through artillery shelling and shooting across various parts of the Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that a citizen was injured by occupation army fire in the Mawasi Khan Yunis area, while occupation military vehicles continued to fire intensely towards the tents of displaced people south of Mawasi, especially in the areas of Al-Iqlimi, Bir Hafe, the vicinity of the German chalet, and Bir 19, causing panic among the displaced. The sources added that occupation artillery shelled the northeastern areas of Khan Yunis, while flare bombs were launched in the skies of the eastern areas of the city. In the southern Strip, occupation tanks continued to fire intensely towards the tents of displaced people in Mawasi Rafah, coinciding with the incursion of occupation vehicles outside what is known as the "Yellow Line," amid intense shooting targeting the vicinity of the area. In the central governorate, occupation tanks fired heavily towards the northern areas of Bureij camp. Occupation forces continue to violate the truce agreement signed on October 10, 2025, in the Egyptian city of Sharm El-Sheikh, with Arab and American mediation, which stipulated ending the genocide crime and the aggressive war in the Gaza Strip, bringing in aid, and lifting the siege on the afflicted Strip. According to official Palestinian data from the Ministry of Health, the total toll of martyrs and wounded since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, 2025, has reached 1,254 martyrs and 4,121 injuries.
