Indictment to be Filed Against Suspect in Murder of Rabbi Amos Guetta in Netanya

An indictment will be filed today (Thursday) against the suspect in the murder of Rabbi Amos Guetta in Netanya. The suspect arrived at the rabbi's home, asked to pray by his bedside, pulled out a knife, and stabbed him four times. He fled, was caught in a manhunt, and the knife was found at the scene. Immediately after the act, the suspect fled, but after a quick manhunt he was located and arrested. The knife used in the murder was found at the scene. The Central District Attorney's Office is expected to file an indictment for aggravated murder and additional offenses. Rabbi Amos Guetta, head of the "Rabbi Yitzchak Chai Taieb" yeshiva in Netanya and a well-known rabbi in the city, was murdered earlier this month at the age of 75.
