Indecent acts against minors - some about 20 years ago: 46-year-old Nesher resident charged with sex offenses
The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Alon Suisa, a 46-year-old resident of Nesher, for sex offenses against minors online and against other minors over 20 years ago. Suisa posed as a 15-year-old boy on TikTok and WhatsApp, conducted sexual correspondence with girls aged 10 and 8, and asked them for photos and videos. Additionally, he is charged with indecent acts against two other minors in 2003 and 2004.
The State Prosecutor's Office today (Thursday) filed an indictment with the Haifa District Court against Alon Suisa, a 46-year-old resident of Nesher, for sex offenses committed against two minors aged 10 and 8 online. According to the indictment, submitted by attorney Mirav Bar from the Haifa District Prosecutor's Office, Suisa used to approach minors under 14 via his TikTok account, present himself as a minor, and correspond with them under a false name. In May of last year, he corresponded with a 10-year-old girl for about two weeks, identifying himself as "Yarin," a 15-year-old from Netanya, and conducted explicit sexual correspondence, including sending sexual content and asking her to photograph and send him videos and images of her body. Simultaneously, he corresponded with another 8-year-old girl and directed sexual references at her. Additionally, serious sex offenses he committed over 20 years ago were exposed, involving a girl about 5 years old and an indecent act against a minor who was about 7, in some cases presenting the acts as a "game" and threatening that if she told, her parents would send her to a boarding school. In another incident, he led the minors to an abandoned shack and committed sex offenses against them. The investigation was opened following a complaint by the mother of a 10-year-old girl, and in July of last year, the court allowed publishing his name and photo to locate additional victims. Suisa was arrested after he entered a WhatsApp group of girls and posed as a 15-year-old boy.
