The supercar is registered to a commercial entity linked to the businessman's family. The police have so far refrained from publicly naming the driver. One of the injured was 23-year-old Timur Khalilov, a participant in hostilities against Ukraine, who had arrived in Yekaterinburg for treatment. At the time of the incident, he was moving on crutches. Khalilov sustained serious injuries, including rib fractures and a closed craniocerebral injury, and was hospitalized. Eyewitnesses reported that before the collision, the supercar knocked down two electric scooters. Igor Altushkin is under international sanctions from the US, UK, and EU.
