The total expense stands at approximately 1.43 million shekels, with Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara responsible for 90% of the expenses on makeup and hair. The data includes a monthly breakdown from September to November 2023, in which 7,897 shekels were paid for haircuts and 4,800 shekels for makeup. One line refers to October 2023 alone, with an amount of 2,457 shekels for a haircut for Netanyahu. In 2023 expenses totaled about 312,000 shekels, compared to about 84,000 in 2022 under Bennett and Lapid. In 2025 the highest annual expense was recorded – about 337,000 shekels. The highest expense on a trip abroad was during a visit to Washington in February 2025 – $13,500 for a makeup artist and hairdresser. The names of the hairdressers and makeup artists were blacked out for state security reasons. In addition, Netanyahu's representation fees stood at about 408,000 shekels, Bennett's at about 57,000, and Lapid's at 8,000 shekels.
