The combat situation of Hezbollah and the Revolutionary Guards is difficult, especially regarding supply lines, and the IDF controls the hill and the exit routes from it. The IDF tightened the siege around the 'Imad 4' facility (a Hezbollah underground facility) in Ali al-Taher, and cut off its supply lines, after attacking its water tanks.
