IDF soldier beaten, weapon stolen: four Palestinian attackers arrested

The IDF, police, and Shin Bet reported on Monday, July 27, the arrest of four Palestinians suspected of attacking a soldier and stealing his weapon near the settlement of Susiya in Judea. The incident occurred on July 25, the day after the terror attack in the village of Kafr Tel, where Havat Gilad Benayahu Melet and Major Yuval Ezra were shot dead. According to security forces, two suspects were arrested immediately after the incident, another by Duvdevan special forces, and the last surrendered. The stolen weapon was found near the scene. During the attack, a 25-year-old soldier on leave who was herding cattle was hit in the head with a stone and hospitalized in moderate condition. The army clarified that the incident was preceded by a planned terrorist attack. All detainees were transferred to security services for investigation.
