IDF divisions complete preparations: the scenario - an attempted massacre in Judea and Samaria

Commanders practiced decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and in multiple casualty zones, with multi-organizational cooperation involving local authorities, police, Magen David Adom, and other security bodies.

The IDF has recently completed several extensive military exercises in Judea and Samaria, simulating a large-scale surprise attack. The central scenario in the exercises was an attempted massacre in communities, an extreme scenario testing the forces' readiness for a mass casualty event. During the exercise, forces dealt with simultaneous erupting events across multiple arenas in communities, on roads, in the seam zone area, and deep inside the territory. Commanders practiced decision-making under conditions of uncertainty, employing multi-organizational cooperation with local authorities, the Border Police, Israel Police, Fire and Rescue Services, Magen David Adom, and other security bodies. The exercise aimed to test the forces' readiness and their ability to provide a rapid and effective response to multiple events simultaneously, including scenarios of dozens to hundreds of terrorists infiltrating communities, the seam zone, and roads.
