The main growth engine is the renovated stadium: Bernabéu revenues more than doubled to €363 million, and marketing and sponsorship revenues surged 82% to €539 million. In contrast, TV broadcasting revenues grew only 11% in seven years to €319 million. The club leads the Deloitte ranking for the third consecutive year, ahead of Barcelona and Manchester City, and is opening a gap from the English league. Wage and transfer expenses account for 46% of revenues. The club, owned by its members, invested €161 million in transfers and €192 million in infrastructure.
