The annual AllJobs survey, conducted among 616 working Israelis aged 22 and above, revealed that 72% of employees seriously considered emigration over the past year. This marks the second consecutive year the figure exceeds 70% (last year it was 73%). The survey was conducted for the sixth time. Among those considering relocation, 15% work in administrative and managerial roles, 8% in education, and only 7% in high-tech. Professionals in digital, medicine, and pharmaceuticals also showed interest. Only 38% are confident they will find work abroad in their field: 22% expect a wide range of job openings, 16% view opportunities as limited, and 17% believe suitable positions are nearly nonexistent. 54% of respondents are ready to fully learn a new profession to move, another 31% do not rule it out, and only 15% are unwilling to start from scratch. Thus, about 85% are open to training for a new career. AllJobs Vice President Liat Ben-Tora Shoshan emphasized that such figures reflect the state of society rather than an immediate intention to leave. Key factors include high living costs, security concerns, political uncertainty, and the desire to secure a stable future for children.
