Horror on stream: blogger shot dead near KFC (VIDEO)

Mexican blogger César Gastélum (Compasexor) was shot dead on live stream on August 4 in Culiacán. He was filming a challenge near KFC when two men on a motorcycle shot him. The blogger had 600,000 TikTok followers. Police opened a case, motives unknown.

24-year-old Mexican blogger César Daniel Nolasco Gastélum, known as Compasexor, was shot dead on live stream on August 4 at around 20:15 in Culiacán, Sinaloa. He was filming a challenge near a KFC restaurant, dressed as a delivery courier. Two attackers on a Honda motorcycle approached, and one shot him in the head. The blogger died on the spot. His companions were not injured. The deceased had 600,000 TikTok followers and over 120,000 on Instagram. The crime occurred a few meters from the state attorney general's office. Police and army cordoned off the area, and the prosecutor's office opened a murder case. Motives have not been established, suspects are at large. The tragedy occurred amid wars between criminal groups. A year earlier, beauty blogger Valeria Márquez was killed during a stream.
