It further emerges that the defendant committed acts of rape on two infants of her family, while photographing and transmitting the documentation to the defendant. The indictment attributes to them offenses of rape of a family minor, solicitation to rape, indecent acts, use of minors for obscene publication, possession of obscene publication, and obstruction of justice. The prosecution requests their continued detention until the end of proceedings.
