Histadrut, HOT Mobile Workers Committee and Company Management Sign New Collective Agreement

The Histadrut, the HOT Mobile workers committee and the company management signed a new collective agreement for 2027-2028, covering about 260 employees. The agreement was signed amid the sale of the company to the Delek Group, Leumi Partners and Keystone, and includes annual wage increases averaging 3%, increased recovery days, welfare budget, seniority grant, dental insurance and absorption of contract workers.

The Histadrut, the HOT Mobile workers committee and the company management signed today (Monday) a new collective agreement for the company's employees for 2027-2028. The agreement, which will apply to about 260 employees, was signed amid the sale of the company to the Delek Group, Leumi Partners and Keystone. It includes the extension of all previous agreements, annual wage increases averaging 3%, a special grant to eligible employees subject to the completion of the transaction, increased eligibility for recovery days and the value of a recovery day, increased welfare budget, increased annual seniority grant, increased participation in dental insurance and absorption of contract workers. Chairman of the Cellular, Internet and High-Tech Workers Union, Yaki Halutzi, said the agreement ensures certainty and employment security during a period of ownership changes. CEO of HOT Mobile, Ilan Barak, said the agreement expresses appreciation for the employees. Chairman of the workers committee, Eli Cohen, emphasized the excellent economic conditions reflecting the employees' contribution.
