Hiking routes in Paran Regional Brigade sector opens to hikers during holidays, IDF announces

The IDF announced that Route 10 in the Paran Regional Brigade sector near the western border will open to hikers for the Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot holidays. The route between Ezuz and Har Harif will be open on Friday, September 11, and September 25, while the area from the Bar-Lev Lookout to the 10/12 Checkpoint will be open on Saturday and Sunday and from September 26 to October 3. Hikers must present an ID card and register at the entrance; no prior coordination is required. Training exercises in live-fire zones in the south and north will continue, and those areas will remain closed.
