Hezi Naham confirms Walla report: If Erdan establishes a party, I would be happy to join

Reserve Colonel Hezi Naham, former commander of the Alexandroni and Menashe brigades, confirmed today (Thursday) following the report on Walla that he would join Gilad Erdan's party if it is established. In a conversation with 103fm, Naham explained that he is in contact with Erdan and holds him in high regard. "If he eventually establishes a party, I would be happy to join him," he said. Naham described Erdan as a principled, worthy, and consistent person in his messages over 30 years of political activity. He emphasized the need for connections in Israeli society and for something broad that unites and consolidates. Naham added that he understands the step may come at personal and family costs, but he is prepared for it. Additionally, Naham expressed opposition to the introduction of a multinational force into Gaza, arguing that it sends a wrong signal to Hamas and would limit the IDF's freedom of action. He suggested conducting a pilot on the Israeli side of the yellow line.
