Herzog to Haymanot Kasau's family: "Shin Bet is involved in the search for her"

Herzog spoke with Shin Bet chief David Zini, who confirmed that the organization entered the picture following a request from the Israel Police. "The Shin Bet is involved in the case and is going all out to contribute in every way to locating Haymanot," Herzog said. Haymanot's father, Tesfai, expressed concern that the difficulty stems from "language gaps or skin color." Her sister Yeros said: "We don't deserve to go through what we are going through. Haymanot disappeared during a war period, and we know that if the Shin Bet enters the picture, it will be the end of our suffering."
