Here News Poll: Netanyahu Bloc Strengthens by a Seat, Unions Don't Pass Threshold

The Netanyahu bloc strengthens by one seat to 53, while the Tropper-Hendel and Erdan-Edelstein unions do not pass the electoral threshold. The Democrats and Yisrael Beiteinu rise to ten seats each, and Together stands at 13. Netanyahu leads in suitability for prime minister with 41% versus 31% for Bennett.

A Here News poll published this evening (Sunday) on the Here News edition on Kan 11 shows a tie between Likud led by Benjamin Netanyahu and Yashar led by Gadi Eisenkot, with 23 seats each. This represents a one-seat gain for Likud compared to the previous poll, in which both parties had 23 seats. The Netanyahu bloc strengthens by one seat to 53, at the expense of the two latest center-right unions announced - the Tropper-Hendel union and the Erdan-Edelstein union - which do not pass the electoral threshold. Meanwhile, the Democrats led by Yair Golan rose to ten seats after falling to eight in the previous poll, and Yisrael Beiteinu rose by one seat to ten. Together led by Naftali Bennett stood at 13 seats. If Hadash, Ta'al, and Balad unite into a joint list, the Arab parties are expected to get 8 seats without Ra'am, which together with Segalovich is expected to get 5 seats, which would weaken the Netanyahu bloc to 52. Netanyahu leads in suitability for prime minister with 41% versus 31% for Bennett, and increased his lead over Eisenkot to 7%. 18% of the sample considered leaving the country, but 67% are not afraid of the trend.
