The Israeli Health Ministry is removing Njoy and Joicy brand soft drinks from stores after discovering illegal production in Taybeh with unsanitary conditions. The ministry urges the public to avoid consuming these products.

The Israeli Health Ministry has called on the public to avoid consuming Njoy and Joicy brand soft drinks. During a joint inspection by food control inspectors of the Central District and the Israel Police in Taybeh, a beverage production facility operating without a license was discovered. The site was found to have extremely unsanitary conditions posing a health risk. Under the Njoy brand, drinks are produced in grape, apple, mango, lemon-mint, grapefruit, orange, and strawberry-banana flavors (manufacturer MG, distributor Daas Group). The Joicy grape drink (manufacturer and packager Daas Group) is also not recommended. The products have been seized, and the factory owner has been summoned for a hearing. The ministry stated it will continue to combat illegal production.
