Dayan has been missing since July 17. According to suspicion, he and two of his friends, Omri Peretz and Maxim Barbarman, were involved in a brawl with several Eritreans in the Yarkon Park area in Tel Aviv, and afterwards fled towards Petah Tikva, where they abandoned their vehicle and parted ways. His two friends were arrested.
