In an investigation broadcast four years ago on the Kan News edition, testimonies were heard from patients who claimed that Bibi touched, hugged, and kissed them, and even suggested meetings outside the clinic. Despite complaints received by Clalit even before the investigation, he continued to work at the HMO. Yesterday, a pre-dismissal hearing was scheduled, but he himself announced his resignation. In recent days, another patient contacted Kan News, describing an incident that occurred several years ago in the private clinic: during an examination, while she was on the treatment chair, he touched her leg near the groin. She filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health. Other patients described similar cases, including hugging while naked and touching the face. Meital Benshak from the Brera Foundation reported that many complaints against Bibi had reached them and were forwarded to the Ministry of Health. Clalit stated that the doctor announced his resignation before the hearing. The Ministry of Health stated that the referral will be examined. Attorney Eran Keizman, representing Bibi, said that no complaint from the Ministry of Health had come to his attention and that Bibi resigned for personal reasons.
