Gottlieb left the courthouse and opened a front against Katz: "He handed me over to Baharav-Miara"
MK Tally Gotliv left the Lod District Court after a hearing on the multi-million shekel lawsuit filed against her by Shikma Bressler, and harshly attacked Defense Minister Israel Katz for signing a confidentiality certificate against her. Gotliv accused Katz of "handing her over to Baharav-Miara" and praised her new partner Itamar Ben-Gvir.
MK Tally Gotliv left the Lod District Court on Monday, following a hearing on a massive lawsuit for 2.6 million shekels filed against her by protest activist Shikma Bressler. The lawsuit concerns false, defamatory publications by Gotliv, including the claim that Bressler's husband, a Shin Bet employee, spoke with Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and coordinated the October 7 attack with him. The court rejected Gotliv's request to dismiss the lawsuit outright on grounds of parliamentary immunity. Upon leaving the court, Gotliv published a harsh statement attacking Defense Minister Israel Katz for signing a confidentiality certificate against her, in her words. "Katz handed me over to Baharav-Miara," Gotliv accused, adding that Prime Minister Netanyahu "played into Bressler's hands." Gotliv praised her new partner Itamar Ben-Gvir, who placed her second on the Otzma Yehudit list, calling him "a man of words and deeds." During the hearing, Bressler shouted at Gotliv: "Even Netanyahu dumped you."
