Girl and her father injured as Israeli drone falls in Kafr Rumman, southern Lebanon

A girl and her father were slightly injured when an Israeli drone fell in the town of Kafr Rumman in southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese National News Agency. The agency reported that Israeli artillery continued shelling the town of Mansouri south of Tyre with several shells, after a series of strikes on Saturday that hit several homes. An Israeli force also infiltrated the northern outskirts of the town of Mais al-Jabal, and another advanced towards the town of Zoutar al-Gharbi and raised a new earthen embankment. A hostile drone dropped explosive materials on the Ali al-Tahir height at the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, and another carried out a raid on the Sawwan area in the town of Mayfadoun. These attacks come two days after the conclusion of the seventh round of Lebanese-Israeli negotiations under American auspices, amid talk of positive progress. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said his country had made positive progress in the Rome negotiations on the border and prisoners files. The negotiations are being held after the signing of the framework formula on June 26, which stipulates a gradual Israeli withdrawal from occupied Lebanese territories. Israel has continued its military operations in southern Lebanon since March 2, resulting in the martyrdom of 4,333 people and the injury of 12,250 others, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
