Israeli startup groundcover has raised $100 million in a Series C round led by One Peak, with Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital and existing investors participating. The company, valued at around $500 million, offers a full stack observability platform for AI operations, enabling monitoring of AI activity by development and IT managers. Founded by CEO Shahar Azulay and CTO Yechezkel Rabinovich, the company has raised $160 million to date.

Market sources estimate the company valuation at about $500 million. The company, founded by CEO Shahar Azulay and CTO Yechezkel Rabinovich, has developed a full stack observability platform suitable for AI operations, allowing development and information systems managers to monitor AI activity. The latest funds bring total raised to $160 million. CEO Azulay stated the platform harnesses eBPF and BYOC for observability, and the company plans to change how engineers and agents collaborate for autonomous production operations.
