He said he is determined to return to the ministry and complete the campaign, and that if the government wins the elections, the composition of the Supreme Court will be replaced. Levin criticized Supreme Court President Yitzhak Amit, about whom he said, "I didn't imagine I wouldn't recognize him," and the appointment of judges. He compared dictatorships to the situation in Israel, claiming, "Here they don't shoot in the streets but give absurd rulings." Levin also referred to the appointment of David Zini as head of the Shin Bet, saying, "He had no chance of being appointed to the position before the struggle over the reform."
